Hi Guys

Well I have lost 97 pounds and am hoping to be in the century club next week.
Going for a 5 mile walk tomorrow around Saltram House/National Trust which I think may do it. It killed me last week but what a kick for my matabolism.

See you in the club next week.

Wow, 97 lbs??? That is fantastic! I had my surgery 2 days after you and I'm not even close to that much. I'm hoping for that century club by 6 months. Keep up the good work. You are doing wonderful!
