Please, someone explain how weight loss in women affects our hormones in that cruel way and what we can do to improve it.

P.S. you go guys!!

Mine went up a ton after surgery, although too busy to see my boyfriend lately .. But, I still get the PMS hormones and depression. I hate it!

Hmmm...I think a lot of it is in the head...the brain is the largest sex organ we have

Don't fret ladies...it does come back, but you have to feel comfortable enough in your new body to let it re-surface.

o.k. ladies, here we go again, dominating a thread, even this one which is titled "question for guys"!!!

Just wanted to add, I am not really having major decline issues, and what Marie said makes sense, because in the begginning I was fine, but lately, since my plastic surgery, I have been feeling unatractive because of the scar that circles my body, not to mention the drains and swelling.

Jeez, no wonder I have not been in the mood.

So watch out, soon the inner tiger in me will roar again!!

JEANIE!!! I'm shocked!! LOL!! Not really! But I have to agree with you. My sex drive has gone UP UP UP since I lost the weight. I think as we lose a significant amount of weight and we start feeling better about ourselves, we have the urge to do "IT" more often. At least I DO!!! LOL!

I believe the reason is a higher energy level.
often after a days work and home life you just get too tired and want to sleep

Now 50 lbs lighter I have more energy and I am looking forward to trying new things that my weight would never allow me to do.

50 more pounds and I hope to be swinging from the ceiling and playing Tarzan
