Default Great Doctors visit

I had my one month post op visit yesterday.

Things are going GREAT!
I have lost 28 lbs in the last 4 weeks and since September I have lost over 50 lbs. This is 1/3 of the weight I was hoping to loose.

I am now officially below 300lbs never to be 300 Pounds again.

I feel great the best I've been in a long time.

Best of all the pain in my knees has been cut in half.

Congrats to making it under 300. I am still fighting to get in that club. As the weight drops that knee pain will be gone. I cn't tell you the last time I had knee and lower back pain, it is a great feeling to live my life without those pains in my life. Keep working that tool.

Congratulations! Having the knee pain cut down is a victory in itself! I know how my joints ached at my highest weight and I'm in my 30's! So to have some pain alleviated is a wonderful thing! Wishing you continued success!

Congrats! Keep up the nice work. Just losing the 35 lbs I have has made a huge difference in my day. My back does not bother me or anything!

Congratulations! You are doing so well! I know how exciting it is to drop under 300. I just did last week and I was so excited! I've also noticed that my knee pain is lessening. Before surgery I could barely make it around a city block because my knees hurt so bad, now I walk 4x's that amount! It's a great feeling isn't it!
