I lost 90lbs in about 9 months...so 10lbs a month...average of 2.5lbs a week. However, some weeks nothing then the next week was 5lbs. Just depends on your body!

Default Averages change weekly, too, don't forget

If you're really fascinated by your numbers, go to www.thinnerself.comand use their body calculator. I put my stats in each week...

And your average will, of course, change weekly - here's a look at mine:

Week - Avg
0 - Start
1 - 21.00
2 - 12.50
3 - 10.33
4 - 9.00
5 - 7.00
6 - 6.67
7 - 6.14
8 - 5.75
9 - 5.33
10 - 5.30
11 - 5.00
12 - 4.75
13 - 4.69
14 - 4.50
15 - 4.33
16 - 4.25
17 - 4.29
18 - 4.17
19 - 4.11
20 - 4.10
21 - 4.10
22 - 4.09
23 - 4.04
24 - 4.04
25 - 3.96
26 - 3.85
27 - 3.85
28 - 3.79

What a cool tool! I am glad you posted this because my surgery is wednesday and this is perfect. I didn't know where to measure and all!.......I'm gonna forward it to the NP who takes care of this stuff at my doc's office. We attended this meeting where she told us to keep track and take pictures but this is much better!

BTW...I shudder at the diagram at the end that kinda blocks your body into segments and shows your body outline ughh! How do we know what our desired measurements are? I need some help figuring that out lol! Anyway thanks for the help. EVERYONE Should use this!

I kinda cheated on that one... copied the chart into Excel and then had it divide the lost weight by the week number... but the site does give you what your overall average is every time you enter your weight and tell it to run the report...
