Smile Hit A Goal!

I have been trudging along, losing so slowly the past few months. I was so close to the 75 lb mark for so long, then today I weighed at Curves and actually lost 2 lbs at once.......so I am down 76. I have 24 more to go. It sounds so small, but when I am losing 2-4 lbs a month now, that may take awhile. The patience can wear thin, as many of you know. But today was my reminder that if I stay active and eat right the majority of the time....it WILL eventually happen. WOO HOO!

Thanks for the encouragement Laura and Michael. Even though it's been slow going on the scale, the old body still shape shifts and changes sizes.....which is cool. And I have always lost something each month, even if small, so that helps with the frustration a little. You guys are great.

Miss Marty, just remember how easy it was to take off the majority of it with this new tool we have -- stay focused and positive and be good to your body. Enjoy your new life, eat right, and exercise. The pounds will continue to come off! Remember, this is a lifetime commitment so don't spend time fretting over it -- enjoy life and let it happen!

You guys are absolutely the BEST! I can't imagine how different this would all be without you. Thanks so much for all the encouragement. I have to say I'm finally feeling thinner.....I think my mind is starting to catch up finally! Thanks so much.
