Marty I am proud of you because it can become very fustrating losing the weight slow but the fact is your still losing and that is the objective. Stay on top of your program and you will be to goal in no time. Just remember that each month that pass your are 2 pounds closer to goal.

Wow, the support and encouragement here is so awesome. I don't know what I'd do without you guys. I just wish I could meet everyone of you. Thanks so much for all your input and comraderie. You all inspire me to keep going. And of course I bought a few new clothes today. Life is good.
