Talking Wanted to share my mini WOW moment

This didn't sink in until a few hours later when I was home and actually had a moment to sit and think.

I had went to my OB today for my shot. I had to park a ways away because the valet parking was closed. Then from their I walked to the other building all the way on the other side for my support group meeting. It was not until later on did I realize I did all that walking with NO knee pain! I suffered so long with the bursiteous (sp?) in my knee since the surgery I thought I would never walk normal again, I would limp like a wounded cow lol. I also was not huffing and puffing I felt good!

Thanks for reading I just wanted to share. I feel this good now I can't imagine how I am going to feel when I get to goal!

Wow! That is a wow moment, Laura. I can't wait until my knees stop hurting. I limp often at work and people are always asking me if I hurt my foot.

That's cool, I can't wait until I can walk without my heels feeling like they are broken.
