Default Stress

Anyone else how have tummy trouble when there is stress? I used to have a tummy that was NEVER upset, and now when there is family stress it brings me to my knees. My pouch just hurts and I am not hungry and I throw up ... now this is not normal this is when there is stress and drama going on...

I have been sick since Fri... there is turmoil and stuff and I am just wondering if anyone else is more sensitive to it after surgery.

Welcome to the club! I get upset and so does Vito the Pouch! I also tend to have a lot of diarrhea when I'm nervous or stressed out. I wish I had some good advice to give you on this one. You're not alone!

When I get stressed it feels like a knot is in my stomach and a vague nausea. Almost like acid feeling, but not as much burning, but more icky (that is an official medical term I learned in school). I hope your stress passes. Talk about it, it may help.

Default Similar problem

I don't know if it is from stress, but with planning this wedding, there has been plenty of it and I always get nausea and that upset stomach feeling. It pretty much sucks.

Probably doesn't help that I haven't been consistent with my Pepcid either! Started back on it today, I hope it helps.
