How much weight had you lost at 3 1/2 months? - ThinnerTimes

I was wondering what the average percentage of extra weight lost was at my point.... I am just over 3 1/2 months out and I have lost 70% of my extra weight (1 year goal is 150). What was your percentage lost at this point if you don't mind shareing?

My stats are very very similar to yours. Your surgery was 4 days before mine, I started 1 lb less than you and you now 2 lbs lighter than me!!! We are really close in how we have lost!!!

I need to get a new pic up, that doesn't look like me anymore!!!

65 pounds gone as of this morning. I do get discouraged when I realise how far I have to go. I hope the "6 month window" is just a myth.

at 3 months i was down to 177 - the day of surgery i was 225...so that was only 48 lbs my goal weight is 145 so i from the day of surgery i needed to lose 80 lbs - i think at 3 months i was down 60% - i think that is correct...
now i am down to 157 need to lose another 12 lbs to be at my 1 year goal

i know i need to work out more! so today i walked 2.8 miles (the walk is up to starbucks

and back home again) the carmel macchito is worth it!
