Default Books and Pills!!!

O.K. I am pretty sure I am not the only person with an arsenal of diet books, potions and pills!!

What the heck should we do with them.

What do you have in your cupboards?

Books....
I have everything from the Weight Watchers, South Beach Diet, Prism, The Makers Diet, Sugar Busters, and about 50 more!!!!

Pills....you name it I got it!!!
Carb Interceptor, Cortislim, Metabolife....etc., etc....

Love to hear what you have and what you are going to do with it!!!

I haven't had surgery yet BUT I have tossed all pills and donated all weight loss books to my local library. The only book I have left is "Weight Loss Surgery for Dummies" which I call my bible. If anyone can recommend a WLS book please let me know.

I would throw away the pills they are probably outdated, and either donate or sell the books.

It's true! Before the surgery, you tell yourself "I'm going to save a ton of money on food", but you definitely make it up with all the food trial and error, and all of the supplements that are needed post-surgery. Gastric bypass - it's not a way to cut back on grocery spending - and, this stuff doesn't have double-off coupons!

How about a good old fashioned bond fire? Burn all that crap and your big clothes too! Consider it a cleansing of the soul!
