If you have a strong desire for it at some point, maybe mixing with skim milk for a shake or with pop as a float would dilute it enough.

Sugar alcohols (sorbitol, manitol etc......) were invented by the devil - the food (ice cream, SF chocolate, etc....tastes good but gives you unholy gas!

Default carb smart

I like carbsmart ice cream, SF, and tolerate it well. A carton lasts a long time when you actually eat the 1/2 c. that is considered a portion! How many of us ever ate 1/2 c of ice cream and considered that a portion before?

Amen.....used to be the stuff tasted so bad you wouldn't eat it......now you eat and regret! I hardly ever eat sugar alcohols anymore. I eat my little soy snacks with their bits of real chocolate carefully drizzled or the little 100 pack fudge stripes, etc. when I get a craving. It used to be they just gave me gas....now it's PAIN!

Hmmmm....I measured my portions by how much of the total container.....you know, like....1/2 a serving is 1/2 the carton.
