I eat the breakfast wraps. I can eat about 3/4 of one wrap and it would give me 175 calories 15 g. of protein and most important abut 6 g of fiber. and few carbs. I haven't tried the lunch wraps as I don't know how the diced chicken will sit. (chicken is my enemy some times).

I haven't tried the South Beach ones, but I have been taking the Smart Ones entrees to work to eat. I get the ones that are the entree only, not the whole meal and I take my veggies in a separate container. Depending on the day, I can eat 1/2 to 1/3 of the entree and then also the 1/3 cup of canned veggies that I take with it. If I didn't eat the veggies too, I would be able to eat more of the entree. When I am heating it up out of the box frozen, I take an empty tupperware dish and as soon as it comes out of the microwave, I divide at least half of it into the tupperware so I'm not tempted to keep eating and eat too much. I have an issue if its sitting there, I will pick at it and make myself uncomfortably full. So putting it away before I get started solves that problem. I eat the other part later for another meal. Were you satisfied or too full when you finished it?

What's in the Breakfast Wraps? I try to avoid frozen processed foods, but sometimes you need something easy and quick.

I ate one last night for a quick dinner, I had the chicken with penne pasta and broccoli. I ate all the chicken and broccoli and a few bites of the penne pasta, I was full. But it seemed like that one had a lot of pasta for some reason!
I haven't tried the other ones, I have heard their wraps are good, I want to try them. Maybe next grocery trip.
I think that the water content of those things is pretty high so that is probably the reason you could eat all of it. I wouldn't worry, they aren't that high in calories and they are high in protein.

In maintenance... now I'm yo-yoing up and down 10 lbs or so. I'm trying to find out how to stay at a set weight, it's rough.

I eat the SB Diet meals when my husband works - he works until 9:30 pm and I'm home with a 2 year old and 8 month old so cooking those nights is touch (and it's 3 nights in a row) so I'll grab one of those or a lean cusine carb concious meal. I can usually eat the whole thing which worried me but my doc said that was fine (I have had those days where my pouch only tolerated a few bites of anything and those days I don't push it). She said if I over eat I'll throw up and be very uncomfortable and neither have happened and I'm still loosing so I'm not worried about it. They are great sources of protein.

It is a low carb wrap that is high in protein and fiber filled with egg whites, low fat cheese and then depending on which type there is an american with tomato and canadian bacon ( my favorite), denver omlet and a couple of others. I like them and they don't taste processed. I am not saying they are incredible, but two mornings a week, they are a welcome change from cottage cheese.

They are in the frozen food section by the breakfast foods in my market
