Thumbs up

Dont worry Bridget, I'm doing fine, I just got a little sick yesterday cause I had beans, my stomach was hurting a lot, I blame it on the beans. And on Saturday night I had a little bit of ice cream fat free, and it made me sick too. Now I have 2 new things to avoid completly. My mom is doing her surgery on Oct. 26 and my brother next year. I'm so happy for them too.
Nice to hear from you Bridget. And dont worry about the binder, just dont forget to take me with you to the support meeting please.

Default Post op Pregnancy

Yes, you can have children after WLS. Many have. You should lose your weight first and they suggest have a stable weight for 3 months. I am 15 months post op and 3 months pregnant. I was at my goal weight, but I didn't quite make the 3 months stable weight. I am doing great. My blood work is good, the baby is growing fine and I have gained 3 pounds the first trimester, which is right on target. Good luck to you in all the phases of your journey.

Mary
