Default post op day 2

So I've only posted a couple of time but here's my update anyways. I feel like you are the people I will come to most. I had surgery Friday am and am feeling pretty good. Each day getting out of bed/chairs feel much better. The right side of my abdomen hurts way more than my left but i guess that normal because thats where most of the work was done. I'm tollerating water and clear liquids well i was afraid at first becasue of some of the things i've seen posted. forgive me but im goona lose all the punctuation the computer desk is not very comfortable and i just want to get back to the couch. im drinking alot of water and im not sure if its too much but i feel soooo dry. anyways thanks for all your help on my journey to my new life and for any further advise i need. you all are a bunch of really great people and i am fortunate to have found this forum.....

thanks niki

Nikki welcome to the losing side. Glad everything is going well. Nikki thank goodness you are feeling the urge to even want to drink water. It can get rough but each day gets better and it is all worth it in thee end.

Hi Nikki. You're doing great so far. In a week or two you should start feeling better as far as pain and getting around. That's so great that you're drinking so much water. I had a really hard time getting fluid in at first. Welcome to the losing side.
