i am 3 weeks post op breakfast+15 oz nitro tech advanced protein drink 45grams of protein. lunch pieceof string cheese with deli sliced turkey wraped around it string cheese=9 grams of protein turkey slice=5 grams of protein dinner is always a problem for me because i have literally eaten out every since i moved out of my parents house 9 years ago so i do not know how or even what to cook healthy or otherwise. i did do thE ricotta ragu and string cheese and loved it. ANYONE WITH ANY HEALTHY RECIPES FEEL FREE TO PM ME I WOULD BE ETERNELY GRATEFUL. as for the full feeling i was thinking the same as you but the first time i ate a chicken breast i got the full feeling and didnt like it at all now i stop at the feeling of pressure in the pouch its not the same as the full feeling before it kind of hurts. well gotta go bye bye

It is a 10oz shake the Achiev One it takes me about 15-20 minutes. I can not eat early in the morning so it gives me a good start with my protein. I am bad I order 7 cases at a time!

Default Everyone...

Thanks so much for the feedback - it's really a case of everyone being different, I guess. I am doing soft/pureed foods still, so maybe things are slipping thru too easily still. Here is what I have eaten today:

7:30 - cup of coffee, 6 oz. LF yogurt

11:00 - wedge of laughing cow soft cheese, 1/2 can bean w/bacon soup, a couple bites of tuna salad w/LF mayo and eggs mixed in, a few saltines

now - myoplex protein shake

throughout the day - sipping on diet iced tea and water, but not getting enough in, I think.

For dinner, I am going to try a Boca burger maybe, with cheese. Or cream of potato soup. Not eating bread is VERY hard for me. And meat.
