Default Good news

OK I had a fever of 103.5 over the weekend and had my cousin rush me back to the hospital I had the surgery at in Long Island. well the IV helped and got me going in the right direction all x-rays and cat scans came back good.

Today I weighed myself and (heres the drum roll) 347 pounds!!! I started out at 390 the day of. I still feel very weak and my body still hurts. My sleeping still has not improved but at least I am getting a few hours straight. All the coughing has left my stomach feeling like the day I cam home from the hospital.

Well I just wanted to tell someone the good news and you guys are the best at listening.

Thumbs up Wow -43 Gone forever

Glad you are feeling better.

Congrats on the big weight loss Will. Can you see the difference in your face yet? That is where I noticed my weight loss the most. Keep doing what you are doing, but get plenty of rest throughout the day(cat naps).

For a while I was having second thoughts about the operation. I was saying to myself why I could not do it on my own. when I was in shape, but thanks to my family and you guys I tried to keep my head leveled and remind myself that this is a life saver. And who knows how long it would have took me to get the weight off and if it would have stayed off. But I jus have to get used to eating all over again, remembering my favorite foods are not going to agree with me right now and just let my body heal so when I do go back to the gym I am ready.

Thanks for listen, you guys are the best

Take it one day at a time. You've made quite the beginning of it, it sounds like.

I pray you get better soon and that you're return to the gym is fruitful.

Peace,
Andy
