i dont think i have dumped either - and i have been bad with a pc of sees milk chocolate candy too nothing makes me sick but i dont have more then a bite is that why???i need to watch the sugar intake now tat i know it doesnt make me sick - lucky me i only crave it when i see it in the house not at the store so i need to tell my husband to get it out of here since the kids were selling it for school and i bought it now it needs to GO

there is no question about dumping. When it happens you know it happened trust me you are sick! Your feeling of breathlessness is not dumping. Dumping is when sugars get to your intestines too fast and cause cramping, and diarrhea, nausea, and sometimes vomiting. So if you haven't experience this yet don't be in such a big hurry too! Suzy
