Smile Changed vitamins

When I went for my 6 month post op visit, I was early, so I stopped off at RiteAid, and bought multivitamins. I had run out of my old ones. Yesterday and today, I have so much more energy, it's amazing. I feel better, more alert, and so I'm wondering if changing the type of vitamins I'm taking can make that much of a difference.

I'm now taking beta carotene, flaxseed oil, and omega oils that I wasn't taking before. Also, the multivitamins I bought have 100% of the RDA of biotin unlike the previous ones and mega B12. Do you think that's what's made the difference?

I'm very happy about the change, and remember seeing someone else who had no energy posting about it. Maybe a change of vitamins is in order?

That sounds like it could definitely make a difference - so what kind of vitamin did you get? I can't help but think that my Flintstones Complete vitamins are just not enough for me.

I'm a lot further out than you, so I take them whole -- I got Women's Optimal Multivitamins. They are in cellophane packs and there are 5 or 6 pills in each.
