Default personal trainer

Hi! Does anyone have the name of a good personal trainer who works in the Poway area? I would really appreciate it!

And by the way, I went to the early post op support group on Tuesday. What a blessing it was to sit and listen and talk with others who are at the same place as you. I would definitely recommend the support groups from Dr. Callery/Potts's office...
