Ahh, on the string cheese thing - I can't handle milk and I can't handle yogurt, but I do OK on string cheese and cottage cheese. It seems like the easier it goes down, the noisier I get... and gas these days is painful!

I found i am lactose intollerant since my surgery so yes i feel yuky after it

I can't eat very much in the morning, so our stomach must shrink up over night.
