Default What is everyone eating today

Just curious to see what types of things people are eating?? Maybe to even give me some ideas or an idea how much in general everyone is eating.

Here is mine so far:

Way to work - 1/2 bottle water
Breakfast - 1 string cheese stick, 2 triscuit whole grain crackers
sugar-free alpine apple cider(hot) with tasteless protein (15g)

Default SF Cider

Jenny

I found it at Albertson's next to the other cider instant packets.

It is made by Alpine and called sugar free spiced cider (15 calories).
$2.00 a box, I think I bought like 10 boxes in fear that it was seasonal.

Walmart has the sugar free cider also. YUM. Protein powder-I don't know.
I'm two weeks out -- here's what I ate yesterday.

64 oz crystal light
1/2 f/f yogurt
2 cups decaf coffee
3/4 serving cup a soup--cheese/broccoli--with 4 saltines
1 fudge pop-s/f
5 mini sugar free cookies--yum.

Unjury protein powder is tasteless...It has 20grams per scoop. You can order it online at www.unjury.com I believe they have samples there as well.

Good Luck!
