Default Stuck and Frustrated!!!!

I am so frustrated. I seem to be 'stuck'. My weight has only shifted about 5 pounds in the last 3 weeks. I had my surgery on September 6th and I have lost 50 pounds, but I seem to be stuck there. Any suggestions on what I can do to give myself a boost?

Thanx

I tend to just stay away from the scale and the pounds will fly off without you noticing.. only time i get weighed is at my checkups..Ide say just keep goin with the protein and exercise more, if your exercising enough then just keep with it, everyone hits the plataues(sp?).. Keep up the good work

If your on a plateau, that is normal and is to be expected. Just because the scale is moving, though, doesn't mean the inches aren't coming off...

around this time, we seem to hit a plateau as our bodies are healing and adjusting. In my case it was because I was only eating once or twice a day and not getting enough protein in.
