Everyone plateus at some point in theor journey where the scale simply own't budge....but the inches keep coming off. Ther is another post called "WOW Moments" where someone was talking about the scale not moving for a time but the inches kept going down, or they could fit a bath towel around them. or they could tie their tennis shoes in the middle instead of the inside, or they went up a lfight of stairs without becoming winded (you get the picture). So even though the scale isn't moving, there are other blessings you could look for....

I left the hospital without my BP medicine. It's been normal everytime I've checked it since then. As far as the CPap, after I had lost about 40lbs, I was having trouble with it one night and didn't use it. I asked my daughter if she had heard me snore. She said no. I have to go to bed a lot earlier than she does. So, she kept listening for a few more nights and since I didn't snore I just got off of it.
It did feel strange not taking all my meds and using the machine. But, I've gotten used to it.
