HI - I'm at 3months out and for the most part I can eat anything I suppose that is good but it scares me because I know that I have eaten more that a 1/4 or even a 1/2 a cup at a meal and I was readig that you should only have about 700 to 800 calories a day. I also can snack a little hear and there thri out the day. I feel like the doc made my pouch to big. I have been like this since almost the beginning. What do you think I am doing wrong or why is this happening. I need some good advice. I have lost 50 lbs so I am happy about that but confused about the amount. Help!!!!

From what I have read and was told, that is a normal amount. I was told we should aim for 1000-1200 calories per day. I wouldn't worry about the amount as long as you eat healthy and follow the rules. When was your surgery? Mine was a little over 3 months ago.......I'm about the same distance out as you.
