I know we all talk about ideas for protein, and as a pre-opper, I have gleaned so much from all of your experiences. I am confused about something: How, exactly do you calculate how many grams of protien you are actually ingesting? I mean, if a normal serving is 8 oz with 15 grams of protein, and you have a couple of bites/sips, how do you know exactly how much protein is in those tiny bites/sips? Or do you sort of make that 8 oz. last all day to be able to count it as 15 grams?
