I am looking to get a group together to workout with a personal trainer I know. He is in Poway and will take a group and give a good rate. We would mostly be WLS patients and he has experience with us.

If you are interested please e-mail me. It would be 3 days a week. The more we get the better the price.

That's an interesting offer, Janet. I just bought a training package at 24 hour fitness, or I'd be interested. What type of hours are you talking about? Would you mind sending the details to me via private message? I'm curious. Thanks!

Right now we have 4 people interested plus myself and my husband. The price goes down the more we have. At 6 of us it would be around $30 per person per week for 3 one hour sessions.

The times and days are up to us. How about Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings?

Janet the 30 works for me. I'm very interested. As long as its afternoon or evening classes I'll be there. I'll work with what hours everyone else is up for.

I may be interested too. I am only a month out so I am not sure how much I can do. Does this guy tailor for each individual? I live in Mira Mesa so Poway is close. Please let me know, thanks!!!

I just got off the phone with the personal trainer and here is the "skinny". The price is $60 per week for 3 one hour sessions. If we have 5 people it would be $45 per week instead.

I was given the wrong information before and am sorry if this confuses anyone.

He does tailor the workout for where you are physically. So, even though we would all work out together, we would get individual attention as well.
