Default Colds after wls...

Has anyone found that they have very upset stomachs while having a cold after wls? Myself I have been struggling for the 2nd day today with a head cold and lots of drainage. My stomach has been so upset I have been afraid to try and eat much of anything.

Larry I am fighting a bad cold too and my eating hasn"t been to good, which is causing me to not get all my protein in and I feel so drained. I thinkit is just part of the package deal. Larry I hope you kick this cold soon. Are you at least getting all your fluids in? Get Well Soon.

I'm doing my best on my fluids. I just feel horrible when I even think of eating and even worse after I eat.

Whenever I've got an upset tummy pouch (which lately is all the time), I go back to clear liquids. If the upsetness is due to a cold, going back to broth won't hurt you in the long run. I hope the both of you feel better!!
