I am just looking foward to being able to cross my legs with having to hold one of them with my hand. Congradulations on this accomplishment. It is amazing what thinner people take for granted that is such a big step for us.

You'll have so many "wow" moments along the way. It's so much fun! A couple of my big (no pun intended) ones were (1) NOT being able to see my stomach stick out farther than my boobs; and (2) being able to tie my tennies so that the bow was in the middle of the shoe, not on the side. ha ha

WOW moments are never silly!! Congrats on your accomplishment!

My wow moment was crossing my legs. I smile inside every time I do it! And I mean EVERY time.

What about polishing your own toes? My daughter said she will be so glad when she does not have to do that for me anymore. She even gave me a gift certificate for my birthday for a pedicure.

I am looking forward to WOW moments: having a bath towel fit around me, having a bathrobe fit around me wthout flying open at the crotch, crossing my legs, not having to jump around and/or lay down to get my bra or pants on, having tennis shoe laces bow on top of the shoe, buying closed off the rack, seeing my clavical again, having my rings fit, not having to step on the bottom of a shirt and pull up to stretch it to make it longer, being able to hold my nieces and nephews without feeling like my back will go out, not feeling like I waddle when I walk... This is only a partial list! Whew. I sure do have a lot to look forward to!

What about actually laying in a bathtub and being under the water?

Hehe or taking a bath without my hips touching the sides of the tub. That was a huge one for me.

Whitney...

The image of stretching the shirt is so funny and familiar.

How about even being able to lower yourself into the tub without wishing you had a crane to lift you out?!
