I love Nectar. Its 90 cal and 24 protein. I usually put two scoops in 24 oz of water, so that doubles to 180 cal and 48 protein. I also eat a lot of split pea soup. I make it thin so I can just drink it all down. That has 200 cal 1.5 grams of fat and 16 grams of protein.

Good luck

I add vanilla protein powder and non-fat dry milk to hot chocolate. By the time I'm done there's about 30 grams of protein in a 22 oz serving. I have had to get tricky in hiding my protein. I also snack on Turkey Jerky, soy nuts, and soy chips (Gen Soy). I also just bought some unflavored protein to try and hide in stuff.

I drink the carb solutions protein drinks because over ice they taste like yoohoo drinks-they have 31g of protein. I also eat lots of tuna and fish. Seems to be working thus far. Sorry you are having such a bad time with it.

I have tried a lot of the protein drinks and Unjury is the best tasting. 20 grams of protein per scoop. It even tastes good in water!

I have tried A LOT of different protein drinks!!!!! Too many to list!

The one that I like the best is Protein Delite's Vanilla Very Berry. I can't taste the protein, there is no aftertaste at all. I can't believe how good it is. One thing about it is that its pretty sweet. It says to mix it with 8 oz of water or milk so I mix it with 10 ounces and its the first protein drink I can actually finish.
Before I found this I was just drinking milk, at least an 8 oz glass of milk has 8grams of protein in it.
Sometimes I mix a cup of milk, a scoop of dry nonfat milk (which totals 16 grams of protein) and a little bit of decaff coffee with cocoa powder and splenda, and blend it with ice to make a fake starbucks drink with 16 grams of protein.

My favorite high-protein foods are cottage cheese, beans, lean pulled pork roast, and roasted chicken.

I am with John on this one! Unjury is the BEST..I have tried sooo many from the nectar to matrix to the Whey protein at walmart and I just couldn't get the taste to go down. I use the unjury unflavored and I mix it in everything and can't taste it.

Good Luck with finding something you can get down!

The only protein drink my tastebuds will tolerate is Syntrax Matrix 5.0.

It mixes very well with water and most I've given a sample to just love the taste.

My recipe is to put a cup of hot water into my 22 oz travel cup, then put it a scoop of vanilla protein powder (20g), 4 oz of dry milk (10g), 1 Tbs of cocoa (1 g), and 4 sweet n low packets. Then I mix it and fill the rest with more hot water. It gets my liquids and protein in much quicker since I struggle with both.
