My personal favorite is the Whey Protein Isolate Ion Exchange or the Cold Filtered Whey which is a little cheaper. For flavoring you can't go wrong with any of the BSL premium flavors, I like the chocolate myself.

i am so excited i went to a place that i went to a long time ago for weightloss pills because i remembered they sold soups drinks and other things full of protein...i got a hot cocoa with 15 gram of protein that you can mix with water or to get more protein mix with milk and a chicken noodle soup with 15 g of protein - i am eating the soup now it is so good...the box says proti and inside the o it has a 15 (i am guessing it represents 15g of protein)on the back it says distributed by bariatrix nutrition corp. in South Burlington, VT i think i found a way to get in protein!) yeah

i dont know where else i can get this but i will be looking as it is $10.00 a box each box has 7 packets... just thought i would let everyone know...
