Good Luck with finding something you can get down!

I saw your post on Split Pea Soup one day, and now i have it almost everyday, well 1 can lasts me 3 meals. I make mine really thick though, i dont put hardly any water in it. Sounds gross, but i have always liked it that way.

Yeah I love it! I make it thin so I can drink it down and get more protein in at one sitting. We all have our different ways of doing things...hehe.

I am glad you like Nectar......I don't know what I would do without it

I buy it in the store. Very cheap and very good for you. If you want to make it at home just buy a bag of split peas and it should have a recipe on it. Very easy to make. I don't know if you are making ham for Thanksgiving but I plan on making split pea soup with it after the holiday!

Good luck!

Nectar is a protein powder. I use peach. I also have strawberry. I prefer peach. I put two scoops into 24 oz of water. It is very refreshing and it does not taste anything like a yucky protein drink to me. I don't know what I would do without it! it is about $23.00 for a gallon size bottle. It should last you about a month. I think it is a very good price. Good luck
