after 110 pounds I went from 38 C to 34C but they're not that saggy but they have a lot of stretch marks.

Well i'm down 108 lbs, and i have gone from a 48DDD to a 40DD. Not too shabby, but i think they will shrink a lil more. They have always been saggy, so that does not bother me, but boob job here i come. I want perky ones!!

There are definately less of the ladies in my bras. I have already gone from a 46F to a 40D and the 40D is way too big.

You kill me! That is awesome! On the serious side, I went from 46DD to 42DD and they are going south. I wish the cup size would change but so far only the around size and the sagging.......need those over the shoulder bolder holders here!

I'm still pre-op, but I'm a bit scared after reading this thread! I don't want my breasts to just go away... Especially that I've recently had a bra-epiphany: finally had the right bra fitted - for the very first time in my life. It turned out that I've never been 38B/C... Instead I'm actually 36F! And I wasn't loosing or gaining weight at that time and didn't have a plastic surgery Just the bra well fitted. And the tightness of my breasts has improved dramatically. And I love it!

Did you know that approximately 80-90% of women are wearing wrong bra sizes? I was in shock when I learnt that! Take a look at those pics - the blog is in Polish, but the pics pretty much speak for themselves (most band sizes are given in centemeters):

Seems I do everything bassachwards as my dad used to say...I had a breast reduction done about 6 years ago, didn't think I was going to ever lose the weight so had em made perky!

Now, I'm sure I'll have to have implants...go figure..

I don't care so much if they go away, I'm just scared of the socks with rocks appearance!

Chrystine, me too. But I firmly believe it's all about the bra (excluding plastic surgery of course )! Especially - as I've already written - the looks and firmness of my boobs have improved since I'm wearing a well fitted bra. And unfortunately most women have a bra that has a far too long band and far too small cup size. This together with the fact that 'the art' of putting on your bra correctly is not that widely known makes the bra actually smear your boobs around the band, under your armpits, belly and even your back - been there, done that
