For breakfast I have half a scrambled egg with cheese, and 2 slices of bacon, and that gets me full. It takes about 15-20 minutes to eat that while I am sitting at my desk and working. I have the quilt feeling about eating too much sometimes during the dinner. Even thou I know I am not eating too much, I still wonder, "Am I eating too much?", "Did I get enough protein!", "Did I sip all my water!" My wife says I worry too much about stuff.
