Default nutrition help

I absolutely love my surgeon but believe the weakest part of his program is nutrition. I am always envious (I hate not being totally informed) when you guys speak of the guide Dr. C has given you. Is there any way to get a copy. I appreciate your help. Amy

Sorry I can't help, but I know exactly how you feel! The nutrionist at my surgeons office is awful! I had to go three times (part of my initial fee) and the doc wants me to speak with her at my next visit to talk about getting more iron in my diet so I can get off the supplements. Well, my ins won't pay for it and it's $100/3o min. I'm not going to pay that much to talk to a lady I despise! I think I'm going to ask my PCP for a referral to someone in my area that has a little insight on wls. I'm sure there has to be someone better and cheaper! Good luck!

Maybe someone here has a scanner and can scan the info. from the binder and then email it to you. I really appreciate Dr. C and his blue binder....now it is white, but mine was blue. If you don't bring, it to your appointments, you get the stink-eye from Kelly...lol.
