Talking The Best Protein Bar I have ever Had!!!

OMG!!!!!

I just tried a protein bar I found at mothers market called “power crunch” cookies and cream flavor
It has 175 calories, 8 carbs, 4 grams sugar and 14g protein and it is the best thing I have ever tasted!!
I feel like I am cheating!!!!!

I am soo happy!!!!! Just wanted to share!

The also have them here online:

Default power crunch bars

lisa,
i love the power crunch bars. so does my husband and daughter. sometimes costco carries them on a road show only. so it's hit and miss. it's probably cheaper at costco if they have them. where in mission viejo is this market. my mom lives in leisure world off of el toro so i'm up that way frequently. i haven't been able to find them except at costco.
thanks,
melanie

Denise,
I listened to you! Not the protien bars but the liquid protien PROFECT, I ordered a case and have one every day as I never know if I have gotten enough for the day. It doesn't tase the greatest but the 3 oz go down fast. I keep it cold, seems to go down better that way!
Thanks!!

I really love those powercrunch bars!
I can only eat about 1/2 of one at a time, it fills me up fast. I don't know why, there isn't much to them.

I haven't found them in stores, although I haven't looked at Costco. Good idea, I will try that this week.

I buy them from www.bariatriceating.com

In maintenance... now I'm yo-yoing up and down 10 lbs or so. I'm trying to find out how to stay at a set weight, it's rough.
