Question Troy???

Okay...we all know that Kim and Joyce are doing pretty well BUT no one has heard about Troy!! I can't believe he didn't tell anyone his last name!!!

Are you home yet Troy? Everything go great?? Let us know, my friend!

Default Troy,

I share Karen's concern. Are you home? Are you doing okay? Please let us know. I was asking about you while I was in the hospital, but Dr. C would not give me any information (patient confidentiality and all).

Default I'm home!

Hi everyone. Sorry I didn't get on here sooner, but today is the first day I have felt well enough.

I had my first surgery on Tues 8/10 and it was discovered on Wed that there was a complication. I had internal bleeding and had to be re-done. It was very unpleasant and very very scary. I lost some blood obviously and didn't get out of the hospital untill Saturday.

I still wasn't feeling well yesterday and there was concern about my low blood count. I finally feel good today and am looking forward to CREAM SOUP! My next appointment is on Thursday. Is there a East County post op this Wednesday? If so same place and time?

Thanks everyone,

Troy Parrott

Troy,

Wow!! I am very happy to hear from you. We were all a bit concerned that we hadn't heard anything and I am so glad you are feeling better. What a scary experience.

There still is no East County support group meeting as of yet. We are however, like Bridget said, going to the Thursday post-op support group meeting in Poway this week. Get there early to grab a good seat! I hope to see you then.

Take care!

Smile Welcome home Troy

Troy,

So glad you are home and doing well. I had to have two surgeries too and you are right, it is scary.. but yours was much scarier as you had internal bleeding.

Hope to see you on Thursday if you are up to it. Every day gets a little easier.. and hope you are enjoying your cream soups..

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family for a safe and speedy recovery..
