Our "BAMMA" Boy loves PB eh?? LOL Well it is a comfort food, for most, as it relates to our childhood and feeling love and comfort. I love me some PB on a spoon, feels almost like I am being bad and sneaking some while mom's not looking..LOL Anyhow I imagine I will still love PB once I an over to the other side :-)

Peanut butter is a great source of protein and good fats if you buy the natural versions.

I have eaten regular peanut butter since about 4 weeks post op. I use it in moderation of course, because of high fat. I spead it on a banana or use it as a dip for pretzels maybe once a week, if that.
