Default Surgery Wednesday

As the days get closer, the more nervous I am. This will be the third hernia repair and hopefully the last. My surgeon is going to trim down the mesh that has just rubbed my ribs raw and he will also try to locate my lost belly button. He is going to cut out Dr. Callery's beautiful scar. I will miss it because Dr. C did such a beautiful closure. My other hernia repair was done through a horizontal TT cut. I really need to concentrate on eating well Monday and Tuesday. My stomach has been trashed. I know I am in good hands...just sick of being under the knife. Friends, please pray for me. I really need your thoughts and prayers.

November 14th, I will go under the knife again. So, I will be in for a long haul.

Thanks all for listening...I just needed to talk.

Dale, I am so sorry you have to have another surgery. It sounds painful, and as I see by your weights, your body doesn't know it's time to quit shedding the pounds. My thoughts will be with you on Wednesday.

You are so right about my body not quitting on the weight loss. I really have to work at maintaining. Who would have ever thought?? My poor body can't handle all of this surgery this past year. 2006 will be better for me. Thanks for the well wishes. I appreciate it.

Thanks Tammy. I am hoping for the best. Third time is a charm. I just have to stay positive that this will be it for me.
