I took your suggestion today MavisAvis and drank my lunch 1/2 protein drink 1/2 milk and it was just the ticket!

I am just a lil over 2 months out now so based on all the responses I won't worry too much just yet and just try to just do what feels right for me instead of what I feel like I 'should' be doing.

I'm glad you found something to work for you today. It sounds like you are only a few weeks ahead of me. I still struggle too. It's been better the past few days, but I got sick at dinner, not sure why this time. Another suggestion if you like it and can find it............Hersheys makes a no sugar added chocolate milk. It is 14 oz and has 22 grams of protein. I can only find it at Citgo/Holland Oil stations, and not even all of them.
