Default Well I ate Steak Last Night

I made kabobs on the grill. Used tender cuts and seasoned with tenderizer. The meat was very tender. It was so good I started eating too fast and sure enough....stopped up the works....had to go get it back up.....

Then i restarted and ate very slowly and chewed well and everything was fine. Was good too.

Only thing I really hate is my food always ends up getting cold. Oh well.

Mike, if the food gets too cold, what about buying a HOT PLATE? In fact, i bet you can get an old fashioned one at a thrift store maybe? Just a thought.

geeez, I wanta go to your doc. Mine won't allow red meat till 6 months out. They say that it is too hard for the body to digest to eat at this time. I'd give anything for a juicy steak right now.

I figure that when the food gets cold, it's a signal to stop eating anyways

Well I agree if the food gets cold it should be time to stop eating, but for me, that usually means I old get a couple of bites of my 3-4oz meal.

And for Mike eating steak a little over a month out, that is brave. I just started eating ground beef and that is the same thing as I stated above. I start out with my 3-4 oz meal and I am lucking if I get half of it. My cat usually ends up finishing my meal for me, so it does not completely go to waste.

I'm just going by the schedule my doctors set and they have been doing this for a long time.
