Default I am a loser now too!!!!!

HI Everyone,
I had my lap on Monday, went home on Wednesday and now today is Thursday and I am feeling pretty good!!! I am still very sore and sometimes loopy with the meds but I am s glad I did this. That first night was awful but that was only becasue of the back pain. Once the back pain went away, I was good to go. I can't wait to see everyone at the next meeting on the 12th.

Kristi,

Congratulations! Welcome to the other side. It feels great doesn't it? Things change so quickly. I am 4 weeks out and when I went to my pcp on tuesday her scale said I'd lost 49 pounds. It just melted off! I don't feel hungry and am having some trouble getting every thing in in one day. I wish you well and don't hesitate to voice any concerns/questions here on the forum.

Default Congrats

Congrats, I am post op almost 3 months and have already melted off 60 lbs, it does happen quickly and you will be in so much more control just remember though stick to your docs food plan for you dont go gung ho trying new things you will only regret it and feel horrible for doing it. Stay healthy and glad your feeling good but dont push yourself too much too soon because you could hurt yourself.
Take care,
Felicia

Smile Welcome to the other side

Kristi,

Welcome home and to the other side where life is so wonderful. There are a lot of new things that you will experience now but if you do have any pain or anything experience anything weird don't hesitate to ask someone as it is very important. You don't want to risk hurting yourself. Not now.. take care and God speed..

Smile Definition of the numbers

Kristi,

Hey girl. The numbers mean Starting Weight/Weight Now/Goal Weight.

Hope this helps.

Kristi,
Glad to hear you are doing well. When I had the cream soups, I was in heaven. I never thought I would love them so much. It will be such a treat for you. Cream of potato was my favorite and my husband threw it in the blender so, I could eat the potatoes easily. Take care.
