Default Its been a long day

Well i just got back from a long 24hrs in the hospital. At about 5 last night i started to get really bad pains, to the point that i was in the fetal position. So i called my parents and they called my surgeon. He wanted me to go to boston so he could handle it. To make a long story shorter i was stubborn and wanted to wait to see if the pain would subside. But at about 9pm my friends insisited it was time to make the 2hr trip from college to the boston er(i have amazing friends!). After arriving at the hospital they did many bloodtests and an ultrasound, all were not very conclusive. The worst part was they wouldnt give me pain meds because they didnt want to mask the pain. My surgeon's surgical residents couldnt figure anything out, so at about 5am when my surgeon arrived he scheduled me for an endoscopy that he would perform. I was really nervous, but all and all it wasnt s bad as i had expected. He came out and toled me that i have a small ulcer irritation on the stomach, which he thinks is do from vomiting. So i am on antacids and he wants to see me in 2 weeks about the removal of my gall bladder(which has sludge and he thinks is causing stomach pains which leads to the vomiting). All i have to say is that i am feeling much better now that i am on pain meds. The only problem is he only wants me to take them today and tomorrow so i dont mask any pains that i might get. Well im off to bed didnt get anysleep last night! Thanks for letting me get it off my chest, some times a little whining makes everything a little better!
