Thumbs up One week out and...

One week out and....13 pounds lighter! Had my check-up today, all was good. feelin good, just tired. Ate my first real food today. No ploblems there. Now I will stay off the scale for at least a week.
Just wanted to share.
The top "loser" at our nutrition lecture was our own "texasbandit". I wont spoil his fun. I'll let him tell you how much!
