Unhappy Well I just got home...Bad News

Well I just got home from the hospital. Everything went great with my gastric bypass. No complications. I had a really good experience. I am a little sore right now as to be expected.

Everything was going great until I check my voice mail and there was a message from Scripps Chula Vista. They said that they need to talk to someone regarding my father. Well this message was from Monday and I am just getting it today (wend.) Well as I was calling the hospital back Chad took a deep breath and told me my father died on Monday. They wanted to wait until I was feeling better to tell me. I totally agree with that.

To bad my happiness from getting gastric bypass had to end on such a bad note.......

Unhappy Oh Holly, I'm so sorry!

Holly, Sorry does not say enough.
You know I just had surgery on the 6th. I couldn't imagine getting that news at the same time. I think they were very good not to tell you. That must have been hard on your BF too.
Holly, you may need some extra support in this time. God bless you, you know all your stapla-sistsas are here for you. Sip, rest, walk, pray, etc..
May the Good Lord open His loving arms to welcome your Dad.
