Default Nice to be back!!!!

Hi everyone.

A lot of different people here now, most of you do not even know me. Let me re-enterduce myself. I had surgery 1/25/05, and did very well, up until about 2 months ago. I started self destruction with my food choices and starbucks. I am back in full force and ready to conquir this problem. I am not too sure what, how, and what questions to ask right now to assist me. Maybe just to talk about it will start the ball rolling.

After the first time going to the support group in person I felt very discouraged and unsupported, most importantly bashed. I decided I did not want to return, then I fading from this website by choice. Now, this is what I need...so here I am.

It is still refreshing to see some of the old-timers here still

Nice to be back...Kelly

Thanks Big Mike. I just needed to find the people who are like me, instead of those who do not understand the former and new me.

Bridget's with me right now, and she wants to know what are you doing that's self-destructing? Having a Starbucks isn't self-destructing, what's really going on? What are you worried about? She says "I love your face! let us know what's going on!"

Hi Kelly,

I was at that horrible meeting when some people were less than supportive to your early stuggles. I am so glad you have returned and hope that you will find the kind ears and open hearts that roam this amazing site!!

I think you have done great in your weight loss!!!

We all gain and lose weight differently. Eating the right way after GPS is only a portion of our success, excesize and old fashion genetics plays such a strong role!!

We/I am glad your back!!! I can't wait to see you in person!!! You must look mah-val-lous daaaling!!!!

Rain

Don't let one meeting turn you away. I went to my first once since February last month. I needed the support and felt so much better when I left. I plan to go to this months also. Please go, it sounds like you need somebody to talk to.

I am not making the right choices for foods, barely excersizing, and have gained 4 lbs. I think Starbucks every days is bad, sometimes twice I just feel like I NEED it. Help me. I will start going back to the meetings, and maybe meet up with you guys privately. I am very excited and glads to be back with most of you.

Thanks for caring.

Kelly,

I, too was at that horrible meeting and decided that those meetings were no longer for me as well. I think what was said and done to you was way beyond wrong. I can't blame you for feeling the way you do, however, remember afterwards we talked and I thought you were feeling better? Girlfriend you can call on me whenever you need to ok?

We're here for you Kelly, and 4 lbs.. big whoopie.. seriously you may just be constipated..

We'll get you back on track.. love ya girlfriend..
