Default Full Feeling?

I am having a hard time distingushing my full feeling. It's not the same as before. I get this pain in my upper back, and chest area, as well as have a little discomfort with breathing.
Does this sound like a normal full feeling? Which all go away within 1/2 hour.
Isually i just stop eating at my 1/4 to 1/2 cups of food, but i guess i just want to make sure this is normal?

I am having the same problem...I made a post to that effect. I still have no real answer. I just stop eating when I "think" I should.

Mike,
Is your pain only associated with eating? Or is it all the time?

Mine is only associated with eating, more so toward the end of the meal, that is why i am questioning whether is might be my new full feeling.

If yours is constant, i would call your doc asap.

When you feel that way, it means that you're overfull. It only takes a bite to go from okay to too much. I have many times stopped mide chew and spit food out when I start to feel that sensation creeping on. It takes time to get it figured out.

I am sorry, but I am not having consistent pain...I was just saying that I have not yet figured out what "full" feels like either.

Mike,

Weirdly enough, I lose interest in food completely when I've had enough. I may have had 3-4 bites, but when it's enough, the food is blah. A few times, when it's something I really love, I've kept eating, and discovered the pain of dumping or just pain from overeating.

OH! I will have to start paying more attention then. It has happened twice, now.
Thanks!

And Mike, I know sometimes it takes a couple time asking the same question several differnt ways for someone to get it. and then reply. I hope you get your question answered soon.

Only you will be able to tell that for yourself. Everyone feels things their own way.

I've got that lov'n feeling too.I stop when I feel it comming on.It is so true...one extra bite and thats all it takes.I still use that feeling as a sign to wrap it up and I'm 6 months out.

Well folks...I found out what FULL feels like tonight thanks to several pounds of crablegs. (no, i did not eat them all) But oh they were so good. And a heck of a lot more friendly than the evil yard bird.
