Default I am desperate for ideas!!!

I am desperate for some quick and easy food ideas for breakfast and lunch. I don't have time to prepare stuff, any ideas would be great. Thanks Tina

Protein bars
cheese sticks
Wendy's chilli is really good
tuna or chicken salad
Maybe on the weekends you can cook and store the food in 4 oz conatiners? That is what I try and do this way if I am in a bind I have plenty to choose from to just heat and serve

I've discovered that Healthy Choice small entrees work well for lunch. I also have been eating cottage cheese for breakfast a LOT. I still can't tolerate eggs. I haven't tried yogurt yet.

sunflower seeds, kashi granola bars, nuts, beef jerky, soy crisps (these are great and have protein and low calories), hard boiled eggs, peanut butter crackers (not the best choice but I'm hooked), Campbell's Soup At Hand, fruit (cut it up the night before).

I'm not to the stage of being able to eat what I want yet. A friend has lost 160+ pounds in a year. She eats crab meat. Also, if you want to keep the carbs down here is a list of free carbs from the glycemic index. There's a lot of food here that we can eat and keep the carbs down.
