Start saving money for some reconstructive surgery.

That is the price you pay for losing the weight. I know its annoying and gross but you either have to have it cut off or learn to live with it. Sorry, I wish I had a magic answer but this is just how it is!

My doc said, that some patients do experience a certain amount of shrinking of the skin -- but not most. It depends on age, exercise regimen, and rate of weight loss.

The younger you are the better it is supposed to be, especially if you really exercise well as you go along, since that helps form muscle up under the skin and keep it from just hanging there...

I really don't know what to do about it, I'm worried about what it will look like, and I do NOT want reconstructive surgery. It would be SO incredibly painful i can't even imagine... ugh, i couldn't do the surgery thing again...

I worked my butt off and still needed PS. You just can't stuff the skin of two persons back into one. It will never get as tight as before. You'll have to wait and see how you look and what you're comfortable with. I worked my tiny little butt off and still had 7 lbs of skin removed. Even after having PS, the skin isn't tight and firm as it was before I gained weight.
