I ate.....

1 packet of instant Oatmeal with 3 packets of splenda and 1/4 cup of soy milk. (B)

3 bites of baked ziti (lunch)

3 pretzels (tiny ones)

1/2 baked potatoe with salsa, and cottage cheese (ate 1/2 of it)

now that would be 1/4 of a baked potatoe LOL

I didn't make real good food choices today..... but tomorrow is another day.

Default Good idea...

I've noticed that I've started to stray from the protein recently and could use a kick in the butt. Today wasn't too bad. Let's see...

breakfast: protein shake (20 g protein) and small latte (unsweetened and lowfat...milk 6 g. protein)
lunch: BBQ pork on half slice whole wheat bread (probably 20 g protein)
snack: should have eaten one before aerobics
dinner: 1/2 small roasted chicken breast and 4 cut green beans (22 g protein)
snack: protein bar (15 g. protein)
vitamins: gonna go take them now
water: about 50 oz

WOW...I actually got a decent amount of protein today...83 grams.
