Default Here I am...back again!

Hello all! Just wanted to give everyone a quick update on me. Since my work situation changed so rapidly (I quit my one job where I was able to use the computer ALL THE TIME, and went back to driving a truck where I cannot), I have not been able to log on and post as much as I used to. So...here's the latest. I have no idea how much weight I've lost since the 40 lbs at my 6 week check-up, BUT I did fit into a size 24 jeans the other day. (they were the strechy ones, so does that REALLY count??) I have my 3 month check-up on the 23rd of August so, unless I go out and buy a scale, I will have to wait till then to find out how much I lost. Anyway, doing fairly well with the new job. Making $8.50 more an hour...and THAT'S wonderful!!!
Well, that's all for now! Keep up the good work everyone!!

Default I finally weigh less than my license says...

Hello all. A quick update on me AGAIN...
Doing well at the new job. Lost 11 lbs since the last time I weighed. (A total of 51 lbs in just over 2 months) Was in the ER on Monday night/Tuesday morning for kidney stones (OUCH!!!) And I finally weigh less than what my license says I do. WOO HOO!!! Oh and I squeezed into a pair of pants that was (get this) an XL. WEIRD WEIRD WEIRD!!!
Take care and HOPEFULLY one of these days I'll make it to a support group meeting.

Thumbs up Congratulations!

All of that is really cool, Brenda - good for you! I'm so glad you like your new job and are making more money - so maybe it was for the best for your last boss to be such a jerk!

XL pants are a trip, huh?! I bought three pairs a few weeks ago, and it still cracks me up when I put them on! I actually fit into a size 16 over the weekend, but they weren't comfortable enough to put into the rotation, so I've probably got a few more weeks to go until I can buy that size.

What a trip it is to say I can wear a size 16 in a few weeks! Honestly, I don't think I've worn that size since high school, probably about 17 years ago or so... WHOOHOO!!

Default size sixteen also

Barbara
I tried on a size sixteen also this weekend. I also didn't feel quite comfortable in them quite yet so they are still in the back of my closet.

I gotta share this one, Ladies! I wear a 14 now EXCEPT from The Gap. Their 14's are too big I need a 12! A freaking 12! So, when you need a little inspiration or want to at least feel thinner-fall into the GAP lol!!!!
